Rocktown Bicycles

Rocktown Bicycles was one of our first projects. We completely gutted the original building and started from there.

One of the first things we did was to create a mezzanine by cutting back the second floor to allow for an open feel.

Next, we partitioned the upstairs and downstairs into a variety of different rooms. We built all the steel railings, stairways, and supports in house. This allowed us to create a very professional look and change on the fly as the tenant made design changes.

After completing the build-out, we outfitted the shop with retail fixtures and large scale graphics to complete the look of an upscale retail store. The shop has been in operation for around 8 years now and we are happy to have been a part of this project.
