Drafting
Architectural drawings are an important part of any construction project from a small remodel to a large commercial building. Plans are what building officials, contractors, architects, and engineers use throughout the building process. They show scope of construction to facilitate government approvals and construction quotes. Plans also show everyone involved in the construction process where to put materials and what techniques to use while placing those materials. After the completion of the project, plans allow for the inspection of the work to make sure everything was done correctly. A good set of plans are easy to follow and help answer questions during the building process. We have the ability to do CAD drawings in-house which helps us to streamline the interaction between architects, engineers, customers, and building officials. There are also many projects that do not require a stamp from an engineer or architect. In these cases, our drafting skills allow us to get things done quicker than most. We can start your project off with as-built drawings and help modify them as necessary throughout the construction process.
Design
Design can make or break any construction project. It is important for building design to look attractive, function well, and meet code/zoning requirements. This requires considerable knowledge about different building elements like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, insulation, exterior cladding, and more. It is difficult to create a comprehensive construction plan without a good understanding of all of these elements, modern design trends, and classic architectural ideas. We have gained extensive experience in these fields through our years of work in the industry, and we continue to stay up to date on code requirements and building practices. We pride ourselves on being able develop design solutions for complicated problems that look great, function well, and take advantage of the best new building practices. We are not afraid to do research and talk to our industry partners whenever we start a project.
Architectural Rendering
Renderings can be a powerful tool in the construction process. There must be communication between contractors, architects, banks, and even the public. It is often difficult to convey ideas or to make sure everyone is on the same page. Rendering is a way to help to bridge the gap by creating a computer generated model of what a project will look like in process or when complete. The detail of the drawing can range from a quick sketch to a photo realistic CAD rendering. We have the CAD capabilities to do renderings and would love to take on any challenges that come our way.
